Position: Full-Time Dental Administrator

Experience: Minimum 2 year of dental administration experience

Schedule

• Monday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• Tuesday & Wednesday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

• Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• Alternating Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM & Alternating Saturday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 2 year of dental administration experience.

• Proficiency in scheduling, hygiene coordination, insurance submissions and predeterminations, insurance payment entry, and other administrative responsibilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with patients, team members, and dental providers.

• Exceptional customer service skills and a patient-first mindset.

• A proactive approach, strong initiative, and a sense of urgency.

• A positive attitude and the ability to motivate and support the team in a fast-paced environment.
