Dental Administrator Opportunity Available

Dental Choice is looking for a confident, personable, and motivated Dental Administrator to join our team. 

Location: Dental Choice

Full-Time Hours

• Monday - 10am to 6pm
• Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - 8am to 4pm
• Friday - 8am to 3:30pm

What You’ll Do

• Welcome patients warmly and ensure every visit starts on a positive note
• Deliver friendly, engaging, and exceptional customer service
• Manage patient records, billing, insurance submissions, and payments with accuracy
• Work alongside a team providing General Dentistry and Invisalign
• Manage scheduling, appointment confirmations, and patient follow-ups
• Support patient retention, reactivation, and overall practice growth
• Help keep the day running smoothly in a busy, fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Dental Administrator experience
• Dental Administrator Certificate required
• Knowledge of Curve software is an asset
